Eduardo Campos of Port Chester is a second-generation restaurateur and has made Inca & Gaucho Restaurant one of the hottest places to eat. Inca & Gaucho offers two types of cuisine under one roof. At Inca & Gaucho, you can enjoy the seafood of the former Inca empire of Peru, Colombia, Chile, and Ecuador, and the grilled meats of Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, along with great pasta dishes.
